Journey of Compassionate Mental Health Care
At 10, I fell in love with reading and dove into psychology magazines to understand the invisible forces shaping relationships. This led me to earn a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from CSUN. I'm a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, continuously training to better support those dealing with attachment trauma. I'm the Mr. Rogers of therapy-approachable, nurturing, and encouraging growth while meeting you where you're at.

Mission Statement
As an attachment-based therapist, my mission is to help individuals cultivate both safety and courage in their journey toward authenticity. Rooted in a justice-oriented and decolonized perspective, my practice supports clients in unlearning oppressive narratives, healing relational wounds, and reclaiming their full selves.
I provide a compassionate and attuned space where clients can explore the impacts of family, culture, and systemic influences while building the self-trust needed to navigate life with clarity and confidence. Healing is an act of resistance, and I am committed to walking alongside those who seek to break free from fear, shame, and limiting beliefs.
Together, we will work toward deeper self-awareness, meaningful relationships, and the liberation of your most authentic self.

Attachment Trauma Focus
My internship at Strength United sparked my lifelong passion for attachment trauma, working with foster and adopted families navigating identity, race, loss, and safety within the LA County foster system.
Cultural & Family Dynamics
I've supported transracial adoptees, second-generation immigrants, and military families, exploring deep themes of cultural integration, privilege, and trauma while working at UCLA on military family research.
